Exterior Systems
Exterior Systems
The first visible surfaces of the buildings are the exterior facades. The exteriors of the buildings can be closed with classical applications, as well as by using special profiles, metals and glass. To make the buildings more aesthetic and attractive facade systems have been developed in modern architecture.
What are exterior systems? The whole production consisting of profiles, panels hung on the facade, auxiliary elements and glasses on the outside of the buildings is called exterior facade systems. There are many different applications in Exterior Systems. Facade materials and ways of mounting to the building differentiate the facade systems.
Lightweight suspended facades are curtain wall systems consisting of metal panels and glass. In suspended systems, facade elements are attached to the building with the help of carrier profiles. The static and dynamic loads of the facade elements are transferred to the carrier elements of the building with metal connections.
